W32dasm Windows disassembler (32-bit). A useful tool, but has a few bugs.
Softice THE debugger, it is, in my opinion, the best debugger written. This is a text describing how to get it free.
Softice for NT5 dll Needed if you want to run softice under windows 2000, like me.
Borland Resource Workshop A useful tool for editing icons and bitmaps embedded into executables, also reasonable at editing dialog boxes.
Win32dASM An easier to use debugger, not as powerfull as softice, but it allows you to create a dead copy of the program in assembly.
HIEW One of the best hex-editors available.
